Oscar Gomez was a soldier for the people, armed with a microphone. This new documentary explores the unsolved mystery surrounding his death at UCSB in 1994.
Many remain skeptical about the official story behind the tragedy of UC Davis student and KDVS-FM radio activist Oscar Gomez. Radio Bandido sheds light on this young Chicano's journey from Baldwin Park to the bluffs of Isla Vista/UCSB, and the significance of the voice we all lost.
